Many people are told they don’t need to lose weight by their friends.
Kiran was one of those but she still wasn’t satisfied with what she saw in the mirror.
Wanting to achieve more she dedicated herself fully to the process, she brung her very best in and out the gym day in and day out and achieved an incredible result to be proud of.
Pez
At the sprightly age of over 50, Pez has thought back the hand of time and made an incredible example of how age is just a number.

Kim
What a transformation, Kim has done fantastic. Another great example of a hard-working client and some good coaching.
Kim looks younger, happier, more confident, a different person you could even say - so she should, look at that waist line, GONE!
We can’t praise Kim enough for her efforts and willingness to embrace change.
Beth
One of the best transformations we’ve done and SHE DID THIS WHILE EATING CHIPS, THROUGHOUT AND NOT EATING ANY MEAT.
This was a young lady who wasn’t confident in the gym but we’ve now got her doing all sorts in there. As much as she’s had an amazing physical transformation she’s had an amazing mental one too.
We are really proud of how hard Beth has worked to achieve this and how committed she has been and yet still has so much more progress to come!
Steve
High pressure job, family to juggle, limited time and a busy social life all challenges we worked closely on to successfully achieve a brilliant result.
Already an eager gym user Steve wasn’t seeing the result he felt his hard work deserved.
We put all the pieces of his programming and intake together and Steve executed the plan.
Alex
Alex has done an insane job, despite a second lockdown he hasn’t let it slow him down.
Everyone has their challenges, he maintains a high responsibility job as well as a busy travel schedule but we have worked around these obstacles and made the situation work for him.
What was Alex’s key to success? He’s stayed disciplined - never missed a training session, stayed committed to the diet and process and gave his all to every bit. THIS MAN HAS WORKED HARD.
JONO
I started my new fitness journey with an open mind. Dan paired me up with Josh and said he will be a good fit for me. Josh was the perfect fit. He coached me and helped me build confidence to get back in the gym. I never thought I'd be able to go to a gym 3-4 times or more per week on my own without a prompt. For the first time in my life I feel like I'm in control of health and fitness! I feel great and cannot believe how far I have come.
Thank you Josh for putting up with my lateness and odd wobble here or there. Fantastic work, I really appreciate everything you have done for me. I have smashed my fitness goals and transformed my life. Thankyou!!
Nikki
Being a dedicated mother or a high flying professional didn‘t get in Nikki’s way of achieving her best ever results.

Lauren
Lauren wanted a controllable approach that she could continue to sustain. She had done “challenges" and other types of systems before, only to see the progress slip away as 'normality' set in.
She now has the controls & habits in place that can see her maintain all the great work she’s done.
A great example of a very methodical and sustainable approach to getting in shape.
Bee
My main challenges before coming to Dan were sticking to a plan and having a focus. I was also over eating and didn’t know which exercises were going to get me the results I wanted.
Now I have a plan I stick too and have good knowledge of what food and exercises I need to do.
