before & after

Kim A

Like many woman, Kim had devoted herself to being a mum and in turn neglected herself.

She made the brave decision to prioritise herself and signed up for PT. With a few small lifestyle changes, some attention to her nutrition and an emphasise on resistance training Kim did an amazing job and achieved a great result.

It will never be the "right time" to make a change but you create the time by making the decession.

Beth H

Just because your young it doesn't mean being in shape comes easy and that you feel confident in a gym environment.

When Beth arrived she was massively lacking confidence in and out of the gym. We guided her through exercise execution, built her confidence to the stage of doing things in the gym she never had in the past.

To achieve the result she did she followed the nutritional advice to the tee. She was massively disciplined and it paid off.

Claire H

Busy job, avoidance just a few of the barriers we faced with Claire.

Claire came in with an open mind and a readiness for change. Their where some none negotiables that she didn't want to give up in life so we compromised and met in the middle.

For Claire it was never about achieving a beach body it was about improving her health, getting her weight in a good range and still maintaining a good balance in life.

Pete M

Pete wasn't new to the gym, an avid gym goer, he'd been working away for years to try and get in his best shape.

With a few long standing serious injuries we had a lot to work around as well as getting out some old gym habits and creating new ones.

We took Pete's perceived level of hard work in a gym to a new level, discipline outside the gym with his food was unbelivebale and what an amazing result he achieved,

Kiran J

Kiran was already in great shape and would often get comments like "you already look good". Kiran wasn't happy and wanted to be in better shape.

We got her razor focused, making sure we looked at data, progressions, numbers, the little details. Already in good shape it was fine tuning which was going to make the difference here.

It all boils down to the willingness to put in the work and make sacrifices and she did such a fantastic job of this.

Ian N

Juggling a very high pressured and time consuming job made planning and implementation of any form of exercise and diet regime almost an impossibility for Ian.

He was willing to do the work he just needed guidance.

He didn't let his work demands or his social life get in his way. Always prepared to either make the sacrifice or make up for it he he smashed his transformation.

Alex H

Having got in to great shape in the past one of the barrier many people face is constant comparison with former positions.. Combine this with an incredibly responsible job it would require a lot to achieve the result we aimed for.

Always eager to work but understanding of the importance of "now" and focusing on what he needs to do at the current stage not further down the line., really matched Alex's methodical and strategic personality.

Come rain or shine he turned up and put in the work!

Liam M

Liam had some real challenges, deep routed daily habits which where taking his weight and health the wrong way in life.

He turned it around, had such huge determination, moved as much as he possibly could,. Still enjoyed a treat or two but did more then enough work to deserve them.

'Liam achieved some life long changers and we know he'll continue to push all the way until he achieves his ultimate goal.

Steve L

Already a fan of exercise getting Steve to work out was never an issue. He had a good start with his exercise and ate pretty well too.

What Steve needed was to know exactly what exercise and diet strategy was best suited for him and his results. He wanted to know what he should be doing in a gym to optimise his time in their. What applies to him when it comes to the vast array of information he had seen on the internet.

We clarified this in to simple easy to follow steps and Steve did the hard work.

Lynne G

When Lynne first started the level of exertion she was pushing herself through in the gym we would say is like many. Working hard but after a while you are just spinning the wheels. The strain and challenge of workouts is no longer there, neither is the progress.

This lack of progress tends to leak over to food as well and the progress on the scales tends to stop to.

We changes all this.

Lynne found intensity in her training she never knew she had, she became much more controlled and disciplined outside the job and achieved brilliant results.

Carol W

After having a car accident in the past, suffering terrible back problems as a result and being told by doctors she'll never be able to physical strain herself with out risk of being in a wheel chair. it's fair to say Carol was extremely hesitant to get started.

Despite all of this we have now got Carol to the best shape she has been in decades and stronger then some of the younger males in the gym which she's very pleased about.

It's been a pleasure to watch Carol progress visually and physcailly every step of the way.

Simon K

By Simon's own admission he didn't really know where to start with the whole weight loss, muscle building, gym thing.

We started from the ground up, worked on technique, built on strength and stamina and week on week he continued to put the effort in and chip away at his results.

Simon is a prime example that you do not need to remain in an unhealthy position in life, you have the power to change this when ever you want.
